We are in Bergamo, a city of history and charm, to tell you about a place where cuisine meets views in a rare balance. From the top floor of the Radisson Blu, the view embraces the Upper Town and the ChorusLife Arena, while inside we are welcomed by an environment where every detail has been carefully considered: 250 seats, two panoramic terraces overlooking exclusive views, soft lighting, a signature lounge bar and essential design lines.
Behind this project is Angelo Roccavilla, who has succeeded in creating a venue here in Bergamo that can accommodate up to 300 people, with two distinct culinary styles: signature Italian cuisine and Japanese fusion, designed to satisfy a wide and demanding clientele.
Angelo tells us that L'Angolo con Vista is more than just a restaurant: an evening here is not only about taste, but also about atmosphere. It starts with attentive service, continues with balanced dishes and selected ingredients, and ends with a lounge bar run by renowned mixologists. The aim is to leave a memory, not just a dinner.

The menu is based on high-quality ingredients and products from the Bergamo area, but it has no boundaries: the dynamism of fusion cuisine looks beyond and draws inspiration from international techniques. The menu is seasonal and updated frequently to ensure freshness and variety.
We begin our evening with an appetiser that plays on the contrast between simplicity and character. The leek is cooked at a low temperature and then naturally smoked to enhance its sweetness and soft texture. The dish is completed with a soft Bernese sauce and a veal stock with pink pepper, scented with gin: elements that add intensity and depth to every bite.
This is followed by Angus carpaccio served in an elegant and original way: the accompanying sauces recall the ingredients of French tartare, creating a play of contrasts between textures and flavours. Fried capers and sweet and sour onions complete the dish with savoury and acidic notes, contrasting with the tenderness of the meat.
The lobster fregola is a first course that tastes of summer and the open sea. The rustic, textured Sardinian fregola is creamed with a rich lobster bisque and enriched with cubes of lobster meat and whole claws. A dish that combines technique and immediacy, with the sweetness of the sea taking centre stage.
It is impossible not to try the summer cannelloni: fresh homemade pasta made with 33 egg yolks, for a rich but light dough, filled with potatoes and a soft and delicate veal ragù. The dish is completed by a tomato and basil “dripping”, which accompanies the warm tones with freshness and colour. A first course that rewrites tradition with a summer twist.
The San Pietro is a main course that pays homage to Campania cuisine with a reinterpretation of the classic Nerano. The San Pietro fillet is served on a cream of courgettes and Provolone del Monaco buttermilk, with the crispy and fragrant addition of fried trombetta courgettes. A balance between delicacy, savouriness and cheesy intensity.
We conclude with the wonderful Tartufo di Pizzo, a tribute to Calabrian confectionery tradition: hazelnut ice cream wrapped in a soft chocolate shell. The famous Tartufo di Pizzo is served here in an elegant version, embellished with a gold leaf that enhances its iconic identity without betraying its authentic soul.
These dishes are accompanied by a wine list designed to reflect the preferences of the local public while maintaining an international outlook: a classic selection that grows with the customer's experience and is enriched with labels carefully calibrated to the gastronomic itineraries on offer.
The attention to hospitality begins with the water. San Benedetto Millennium Water, sourced from a thousand-year-old aquifer and containing only 0.0001% nitrates, is chosen for its lightness and purity. In addition, its elegant 0.65L glass bottle is appreciated by a public that seeks simplicity without compromising on quality.
At L'Angolo con Vista, every element, from the dishes to the view, from the attentive service to the search for the finest ingredients, contributes to creating an experience that goes beyond taste. It is a cuisine that looks to the future without forgetting its roots, which amazed us with every course.
